We offer several methods of ordering our products and services for your convenience.

OnLine Store -  To order online, our online store is open and ready to take your credit card order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Note that all information for credit card payment is collected using a secured server via PayPal.com.  We never see your credit card information when you pay through PayPal.  On-line store orders are shipped only to the United States.

Mail-in Order  -  To place an order by mail and pay by check or money order, a printable Order Form is available.   Simply print out the order form before you shop, fill-in the form as you shop, and mail to us along with your check or money order.   Shipments will be made after checks are cleared.

Phone Order -  To place an order by telephone, our store is open to take orders from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, by calling 770-469-3926.   It is suggested that before calling you visit our Order Form web page and note the information that you will need to place a phone order.   Our phone order service is for payment, by check or money order, from customers with established credit with the company.
  
Your information is collected as a necessary part of placing an order.   Without this information, we could not ship our products to you.   Under no circumstances will our company distribute this information to a third party.   Our full privacy statement is available for your review.

All orders are fulfilled under these terms and conditions.

For shipments within the United States, we ship by US Postal Service - Parcel Post and Priority Mail.  Shipments of 15 lbs or less are usally made by Priority Mail.

For shipments outside the United States, there is a handling charge of $15.00 per shipment, plus actual shipping rates.   Estimated shipping rates can be obtained from US Postal Service,  and Federal Express .   You are responsible for any custom duties charged by your country.
